At Kleen Golf Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Products showing signs of use, damage, or misuse are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly by Kleen Golf Co.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
• Products that have been used or altered
