Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the shipping method selected.

From time to time, Kleen Golf Co. may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at support@kleengolfco.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Kleen Golf Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kleengolfco.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.
